How toauto populate the business_service field based on the configuration item in the change record?

Hi @Narmadha PR
The statement is a liner but it is not easy to do. To get BS populated, you need to check the upstream relationship from CI to upwards, which means you need to capture all CI relationships in an array and need to traverse till the point you got the BS now the point is If a CI is related with 1 BS than fine but if more than that the user needs to select one from the list.
