Configuration record missing related to cmdb

Hi Experts,

Config Record not found for: My Solutions If a new category was added, make sure it has a corresponding config record in [u_nonpermission_change] table.

When i Used to change the Catagory My solution and configuration Item added from Ci table after save the change request getting this error please suggest what i need to do ?

For make configuration item for this Catagory how to make it any examples please suggest.
