i am trying to add new problem task type in SWO but can't find how to do it.
1) have already configured interceptors

2) have already configured problem task types - prb_task_model but doesn't show up here

3) the standard UI does give all the problem task types but now SWO

@abhilashsg

you can follow this docs and create record in "sn_sow_interceptor_record_type_selector"

Create a task type for problem or change in Service Operations Workspace

Hi @abhilashsg

Instead of adding the task type, it’s better to use the Problem Task Model. For that, you need to enable the problem model.

  1. I have already configured the problem task types (prb_task_model), but they don’t show up here.

Atul: Did you enable the property to view the problem models? please check.

Otherwise, if you want to go ahead without the model, then follow these steps.

  1. In the navigation filter, enter sn_sow_interceptor_record_type_selector.list.
  2. From the Record Type Selectors list, select New.
  3. On the Record Type Selector form, fill in the fields.
