Configure date/time component in UI Builder

Clicks Add New customer CTA  - Open a Details Form Page  - Enter all details(Customer name, Assigned to, contact details, date/time, etc) - Clicks Submit CTA (Creates customer details record in ServiceNow)

My Problem

I am not able to configure the date/time component. All other components like Input Phone, text input are configured correctly. I have created client state parameter, Binded value, checked Manage Value, added event mapping, added mapping to the button with field value still date/time component is not populating the details into the record. 

Can you please help me?
