Configure Gear Wheel in "My Lists" in the Service Operations Workspace

Hello! 
I have a mission to delete the option "Save" from the options here, and put the "Save" option near to the Edit in the same design.

I tried to find the right tables, to edit UI Builder .. Nothing helps.. 

Can please someone give me a solution to this issue ?
