Configure Schedule for CMDB health dashboard job

Please help me out on how task to configure in CMDB Health Dashboard jobs to execute two times a day at 7am and 7pm starting today as I am taking CMDB micro certification. Please find the attached screenshot and let me know. Thanks in advance!!!
