Configure Survey by adding Smileys/Emojis for Assessment

Hi All,

I have got one requirement to configure the Survey for Incident Resolved in form of Emojis or Smileys as below.

Can anyone let me know how to configure in the same way in SNOW? I want for all the Smileys to come in one line along with the question?

Hi Hardit,

I want to add the Smiley's or Emoji's beside the questions in single line and that I don't want the Buttons to be appeared below the Images.

Can you please let me know like how can I hide the Buttons I only want the Emojis to be appeared beside the question??
