Configure when the Problem task generate

I need to change when the problem task as generated. I'm not sure where this is done at in the workflow or BR. I need some assistance. it needs to produce when the problem is in the new state instead of the RCS.

Hi @DevtoSME ,

If it is for specific conditions on which you want to generate the changes then writing br would be best option or if have some workflow based on that you want to generate change the flow designer would be the right choice.

CURRENTLY there are problem tasks that re already being generated at the stage RCA. I'm trying to configure those to change stages. There is no flow currently for these task so where are they typically configured because FD is not where it is.
