Configuring Agent Chat - Not seeing Available status on Agent's workspace inbox

Followed the doc site and configured everything for a Agent chat.  Now my agents are not seeing "Available" option in the inbox status. It shows us only Away and Offline. End user still seeing "No chat agents currently available".

I have a Agent Chat group with 5 agents in that and having roles. 

How to make the agents available?

Got it worked!

Advanced Work Assignment > Settings > Presence States

I had to activate the Available status and select a service channel.
