Configuring @ mention functionality

Dear Folks,

Please help me to sort out the below query !!!

When using the @mention in a form (Worknotes section) of Request / Incident / Problem / Change, we can just see the "First name + Last name" of a person. Is it possible to append the email id under the name or configure this is some way to make it more clear who you are mentioning? Below is the screenshot of the problem.

It is very difficult to identify the user with the same name.

Can someone have experienced this scenario, kindly advise !!!
