Dear Expert.
We are trying to configure Microsft Teams Graph Spoke.
AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxx@xxxxxx.co.jp' from identity provider
I get the error “AADSTS50020: User account ‘’ from identity provider
'xxxxx@xxxxxx.co.jp' is the personal account that comes up.
This is the account for issuing tokens (not the operator of issuing tokens)
What is wrong with the ServiceNow settings?
Please let me know the possible causes and countermeasures.
Thank you in advance.

Hello @M_Tomy
The error "AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxx@xxxxxx.co.jp' from identity provider is the personal account that comes up" typically occurs when a personal Microsoft account is used instead of a work or school account.
Possible Causes:
1) The account used for issuing tokens is a personal Microsoft account instead of a work or school account
2) The account type might not have the necessary permissions or roles assigned.
3) There might be misconfigurations in the ServiceNow settings or the Azure AD application setup.
Countermeasures:
1) Ensure that you are using a work or school account for the integration. Personal accounts are not supported for this type of integration
2) Verify that the account has the necessary permissions and roles assigned in Azure AD. The account should have the appropriate roles to issue tokens.
3) It's recommended to use a service account with an Office 365 license assigned. This ensures that the account has the necessary permissions, and the password does not expire.
4) Double-check the Azure AD application configuration to ensure that the correct account type is being used and that all necessary API permissions are granted.

If still any issue, I would recommend raising a HI Case with ServiceNow Support.
