Configuring the search result for no results

Is there a way to adjust the Genius Result so that the card provides a link for user to submit in a ticket if they require help finding what they're trying to search?


Example: User looking for widgets, but instead of just a simple "No results generated" page, I want to link them to submit in a support ticket.

 

Would I need to create a new record under Genius Result?
