Shouldn't be all that difficult but cannot seem to get any of the edits in the System Properties > UI Properties page > HTML fields for TinyMCE. I also followed the guidance at Configure the HTML toolbar where it was able to confirm in the backend that I added in the name of the buttons I want in the order I wold like to see them using the pipe to separate out the groups with no change to the editor when viewing Knowledge Articles.
Thoughts and suggestions as to what I am not doing to get this work?

Could you include a screen shot of the options you are entering? Perhaps we might see something if we look at what you entered.

Hi Jennifer.
As mentioned, when accessing the glide.ui.html.editor.toolbar record ( syPropGlideRecord.jpg ), the value field has the same fields listed exactly how the TinyMCE field does on the UI Properties page ( uiPropertiesTinyMCE.jpg ).
As I am working with the TinyMCE HTML editor, I did not change the entries for the HTML editor toolbar line 1 or 2.
Michael

Thank you for the additional information. According to the document you linked to, it says this:
For the TinyMCE toolbar, all the toolbar buttons mentioned in the TinyMCE button options table are available in the glide.ui.html.editor.toolbar.valid_buttons sys_property. You can choose from the list found there and add it to the System properties [sys_properties] glide.ui.html.editor.toolbar. Use a vertical bar ("|") to add a section separator.
If I look in that system property on my instance, there is a smaller number of buttons available. For my instance, it shows these as available. Can you confirm if yours is the same? (I'm on Washington, so it might be different.)
