Hi, we are planning to use the Service Operations Workspace for change management and found out that in workspace that there is no conflict section as in the Native view has. There is only an information saying Conflict detected(image attached) but cannot see records of those conflicting changes. In native view, we can also detect conflicts manually but in SOW I cannot find anywhere. I may be not understanding this well so would appreciate any inputs.

Agreed, mate. There's no way to identify the conflicting changes; it seems to be missing in WS. Please log a support case and share the feedback with us.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello,
Is there any update on the issue, since we are facing the same issue in our instance.
We do not have the button "check conflicts" in SOW.

Hi,
just ran into the same problem for customer who wants to switch from old backend to SOW. I figured out that there are two related lists available which show the necessary information.
Add the following related lists to the SOW view configuration

Hello Michael,
Thank you for the reply.
I am able to see the related list : Conflicts.
But my issue is with the Action to check conflicts.
In the backend view we had a button on the top of the related list conflicts: called 'check conflicts'.
It is not found on SOW since it is a UI Macro.
I am trying to find its alternative on Sow.
