Hi, we are planning to use the Service Operations Workspace for change management and found out that in workspace that there is no conflict section as in the Native view has. There is only an information saying Conflict detected(image attached) but cannot see records of those conflicting changes. In native view, we can also detect conflicts manually but in SOW I cannot find anywhere. I may be not understanding this well so would appreciate any inputs.

How about checking this two properties in Conflict properties.
Or copy the missing UI Action functionality and put it here

Hello Michael,
Thank you for your response.
Regarding enabling the properties, we would like to maintain the current behavior, allowing users to manually perform conflict checking.
As for copying the UI Action, the issue lies in the fact that the current 'Check conflicts' button is a UI Macro, which is not supported in SOW.
I am currently investigating whether there is an out-of-the-box (OOB) feature for conflict checking in SOW before we proceed with developing our own solution.
Regards,
Georges

Were you able to implement this?
