Connecting to Azure GIT Repo using OAUTH from ServiceNow Studio

I have been looking to set up an Azure GIT Repo to store the code from our custom applications as that is our corporate standard. To do this I know I can set up a PAT but this is not passing even a basic review from IT Security as it bypasses any conditional access reviews.

Is there a way to use a better credential type like OAUTH to set up the connection between the systems?

Failing that is there another way to get the code up to the Azure GIT manually (Pull out of SN, push to Azure)

Also, has anyone set up the Azure DevOPS connections and does this assist with the above mentioned issue?

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-devops/page/product/enterprise-dev-ops/concept/azure-devops-integration-dev-ops.html

It mentions it uses repo's but I am assuming thats just to get information out of them, not to actually use as a repository for SN code.
