connecting to SAP Success Factors using OAuth 2.0 from Servicenow to SAP SF

Hi, ServiceNow community.

I want to set up OAuth 2.0 from ServiceNow to SAP SF.

We are using basic authentication right now we want to migrate it to OAuth 2.0

can someone please help me to set up OAuth 2.0 from ServiceNow to SAP SF?

Hi Manish,

Currently Servicenow does not support OAuth 2.0 - its intended in April release - PRB1531529 is Servicenow's internal PRB.

But servocenow has released notes on oauth 2.0 and i have also seen some integrations of oauth 2.0 for one of my friend instance.

We might be talking about two different things than - Is it through SuccessFactors Spoke? Cause SuccessFactors spoke Rome release still does not support and thats what was told to me by SN support.

Hi Asad,

Servicenow pulling data from SAP Success Factor.

We have set up the integration so Service Now can retrieve custom information from SAP Success Factors using basic authentication and due to the upcoming deprecation of basic authentication by Success Factors we need to update to OAuth 2.0
