Connection error between ServiceNow and Sailpoint IdentityIQ

When we go to service portal and click on 'Manage Access', getting an alert box with error 'Cannot connect to SailPoint IdentityNow server. Please contact Administrator. Error Code 001- Check Admin Setup.', Can anyone help me on this.

Has the Sailpoint server Jar files all been updates?

What version of the Sailpoint IdentityIQ for Service Catalog for you have installed the latest for your Servicenow version?

What Servicenow release are you on?

 

We were getting this same error in QA when updated the app from vX.0 to v 3.2.0

Thing seemed to be partially working.

We checked permissions, URLs and Manage Access setttings.

And even a repair of the all Sailpoint plugins.

We compared our QA to Dev and it was still not working.

 

The last thing we did that might have been the "solution" was uninstall the Sailpoint IdentityIQ Service Catalog app/plugin.  Then restart some JVMs for Servicenow. Make sure the Instance was up and then reinstall the Sailpoint IdentityIQ for Service Catalog again.
