I started getting "connection refused" error when using the ServiceNow API for CMDB integration. It worked fine before. Sometimes the connection can be established, but not for long.
Connection error for https://devNNNNNN.service-now.com/oauth_token.do : HTTPSConnectionPool(host='devNNNNNN.service-now.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /oauth_token.do (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f0f8c3c6350>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))
