How can i configure content experience widget, content experience module isn't visible in the application navigator to configure , how can i resolve this?

Please check if you have " Content Delivery [com.sn_content_delivery] plugin" installed.

Note: The Content Publishing [com.sn_content_delivery] plugin activates the sn_cd.min_admin_count system property [sys_properties.list]. This property prevents you from deleting your only Content Publishing admin user by requiring a minimum number (default is two) of active users with this role.

It has been installed, the actual issue is, there is a content experience widget in portal, with a button i need to change the URL of it, i went to sn_cd_content_base table there were no records, not sure how they are  publishing the content. the OOB (content experience) widget also been configured a bit so can you tell me how exactly i can change the URL of the button please, and thank you for the response.

i did not find any hardcoded link in the widget.
