Content Item - External Link not opening in New Window after setting Target = New Window/Tab

Hi All,

The external link mentioned in Content item is not opening in new window even after setting Target= New Window/Tab. I am in Washington release.

I read some article where it said set target="-blank" in href but I am not getting where to set it , this is content item. I tried it couple of places but it did not help.

Is there something I am missing.

Just tried and its working fine for me (Opened in tab), i am in Washington.

I have tried the same in my PDI, its working as expected but the same is not working in customers instance.

why don’t you open a HI ticket with Servicenow to see what they say.
