Control objective gets reactivated when Policy is republished

Hi,

I have encountered this scenario that when I republished a Policy which was previously retired.

The control objective gets reactivated. 

Not sure why I couldn't replicated it on my PDI but on work development instance it is happening.

Policy and Compliance Version 19.0.2

I couldn't locate the specific script, BR, event, Subflow that is causing it to reactivate the control objective.

Just an update on my further investigation:

Suspect: Business Rule -  Add item generation action on publish

Findings it creates an Item generation action event queue – Activate document

Tested to deactivate BR and issue no longer persist

As per BR condition and script include call this should not trigger and line 10 and 11 gs.info didn't trigger as well.

Though I have experience this intermittently. Will update on this thread if i found anything else.

For the meantime i'm closing this thread and if someone might encounter the same issue please comment on your thoughts and what were your approach.
