I wanted to integrate ServiceNow with Copilot; however, we do not have now assist license. Can I still be able to create this integration? it would be helpful if you can give me a path without Nowassit, how can I make this integration. Can you confirm do we need any license from microsoft if we do not have now assit. I would request to arrange a call and help me understand this process. It is really important for us to have this integration in instance.

Hello Meher,
If a Now Assist subscription is not available, Still you can use Microsoft Co-pilot in my opinion, however the integration options are limited to base data search from ServiceNow & Microsoft O365 products and require some custom development if you want to go advanced level.
With Microsoft 365 Copilot Connectors: Microsoft offers built-in connectors for ServiceNow that allow Copilot to search the ServiceNow Knowledge Base, view incidents, and track requests directly within Microsoft 365 applications. These connectors provide basic information retrieval, but do not enable the full, interactive, AI-driven workflow automation that Now Assist provides.

Hope it helps.
