Copilot studio integration with ServiceNow

We are trying to create a sort of contracts bot in copilot studio that looks what is in the ast_contract and answer any questions that the user has about them. However the challenge we are facing is that most of the information is attached to the record via a pdf and co pilot doesnt seem to use attached records. Is there any way around it so it can use both info in fields and attached docs to the record?
