Copy Attachment is not working to send email

I was trying to send attachments added to RITM in Email. For that I have send Email action and then Look up records and Copy attachment action but i am getting error as below.Getting error in Lookup record and Copy attachment.Please help to fix this.

it would be great if you add images in post itself rather than adding as attachment as it becomes difficult to interpret them

what's your actual business requirement?
