Copy incident email communication to change request

Hi All, 

We have one coustom field on change form where user can put all the mail communication and it is done manually.

But now we want when a change is created from a incident in that case all the mail communication which available on incident work notes should automatically paste to that coustom field on change form.

Can anyone suggest me how can I achieve this  functionality.

Typically the change is for a planned outage or disruption of service, so the change would actually inform the incident and not the other way around.  The incident may be the first indication documented that something is wrong, and the change- lets say a server has to be reboot and bring a system down temporarily, these updates would inform the incident or multiple incidents reporting the issue that caused the change.  So functionally  I wanted to pint that out but of course technically you could update a change that is related to an incident with a Business rule that will copy the work note updates of an incident to a change but it could be chaotic especially oif you have many incidents relying on a change.  Hope that makes sense
