Copy incident with form variables to new incident

When I copy an Incident with form variable the variables are not being copied to the new incident

You would need to modify the Copy Incident UI action to carry over the variables.  I don't believe out of box does this with the form variables you highlighted

The form variables in the section I shpowed as an example can vary depending on the Catalog Item submitted.

End user may submit a catalog items for a broken application by completing application specific questions 
Upon submission an Incident ticket is created with the standard incident fields as well as the Application specific answers.

so Incident variables can be different depending on the catalog item and questions
