Copying attachment to requested item created via a record producer with two step checkout process

We have a two step checkout process in our organization.

We have a record producer using which we generate RITMs. We would like to have the attachment copied from the record producer record to the individual RITMs. Instead of using a BR for copying attachments, what other possible approaches can be taken.

You can flow designer with out any coding (Copy attachment action)
