Could we move [Submit] button in the SP site?

Regarding the request form in the SP, by default, [Submit] button is located at the top-right, but can we move this to the bottom of the Request form as the image below?

I would appreciate it if someone could give us some advice on this.

CTRL + Right Click >> you will see the instance option >> just click on that >> then you will see check box type field "Order Item Section On Top", just unchecked that. then it will come into the bottom .

1. Go to catalog item on portal

2. Press CTRL and Right Click, select Instance Options as below:

3. Uncheck Below Option:

Is there any way to use the option schema on custom widget. We have cloned the cat item widget and used the following code to call the oob widget:

<sp-widget widget="data.catItemWidget"></sp-widget>

Now we have a requirement to move the button at the foot of the form. Please let me know if it is possible.
