Has anyone followed a Crawl-Walk-Run implementation approach for ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping using NowCreate? I'm trying to understand what each phase includes and how it’s structured in official NowCreate guidance.

Can anyone please make to understand the Crawl Walk Run approach in Discovey and ServiceMapping that steps include in each

In Japan I can't find about particulars for the Discovery and Service Mapping.

At Global, does it exist?

By the way, I've never seen it.
