Create a Field Class

How would I take the Price Field Class on a Form Column -> Copy that to a New Field Class and make it so that it will show just 2 values in the drop-down and then no decimal (which is configured on the form).

I need to know how to make a new Field Class  Can't locate it in the system.

I don't want to edit this one, I want to basically copy it so It will have a dropdown that will show Ton or Bushell and then you type a number.  Very Very similar to Price but without the decimal which that would work as well but need to take the decimal out so I would like to create a new Field Class.

I am not sure if you can do that. You can also utilize integer field type if you dont want to see decimals
