Create a Jira Issue in Jira when incident ticket is created in Servicenow

Hi all,

When an incident gets created in ServiceNow  a respective Jira record has to be created in Jira.

Can anyone help me out?

Hi @Vennela reddy ,

You can refer below video for ServiceNow - Jira integration, where they used Agile module (rm_story)table you just need to replace it by incident table.

Vennela, hello. Do you use any external tool to establish the connection between the two systems? If not and you're open to the idea of deploying such - you can check the one we use. It's called zigiops. It works bi-directionally and can be customized to fit any use case. I believe it can help you with incident-to-record creation.
