Hello,

 

I created a report titled "Total ServiceNow Tickets".  I have 10 assignment groups and I want to show how many SCTasks each group receives.  Under "Add Filter Condition" I added each assignment group.  I see that only three of the assignment groups have received SCTasks but I don't understand why all of assignments groups do not show on the report.  The first screen shot shows that I entered ten assignment groups to the filter condition. The second screen shot shows what displayed after I clicked save and run report.  The third screen shot shows the bar graph, but again it only shows three of the assignment groups, even if there are zero tickets assigned to the other seven groups, why doesn't the names of the groups at least show.  I ask because today the seven groups may not have any tickets assigned to them, but they may receive tickets in the future.  Am I missing a condition?  Please explain this to me simply.  Thank you!

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,

 

Red color indicating that the group which you have entered is not available for selection.

Check that red colored one available or not in group table.

 

If count is 0 then that group wont appear in report.
