Create a Report on all Normal Changes planned for Mon-Fri 5AM ET and 6PM ET.

-Vancouver Release-
I am trying to report on all approved Normal changes planned for implementation between Mon-Fri 5AM ET and 6PM ET.

By looking at Table: [change_request]
And Field: "Planned Start Date"

Spinning my wheels at this point 😉
Appreciate any guidance to see if this is possible.
