Hi!
In our instances there are some catalogs which have links in them. These links are redirecting the Users to Excel files. How can I identify how many Catalog items in the system have such links.
I wanted to run a report to view this but cannot determine which tables to use. Please assist.

What does the URL looks like? Does the URL include the file and and extension? If so you could do description contains .xlsx as the conditions in your report since the description on the back end is HTML code.
FYI... It looks like you have a duplicate question https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-forum/create-a-report-to-see-catalogs-with-excel-t...
