Hi,
I need some help to raise a request after submission of a MS form using power automate. I managed to create a flow but not satisficed with the result.
- Created a new MS forms with required fields.
- New user with necessary permissions to run integration
- Created the connection with the instance details, created user and password
- Created a new catalog item to hold required information
- Built the flow
Had to create the request and RITM separately . (Not sure if this was correct) but the request and the ritm is connected.
appreciate some help with assigning ms form field values to the catalog item variables and and any other suggestion on the above solution.
