create a role only to view( read ) incidents and requests ?

Dears , 

i have one user in my company the only one who is having the changemanagment role only . 

for the changes there is a related request to the change or incidents . 

he need to view this incident or request only , so when he search in global search he will not be able to view any incident or request . 

since his role in the company requires that he needs to view these incidents and requests related to the change 

so im trying to make a role for him just to read- view incidents and requests without any other privilege . 

is that possible ?\

sn_incident_read is working but for request read is not . 😞

 i have installed that plugin sn_incident_read is working just fine but for requests read its not ?

can go & check Query business rule on request table.

if the incident is already linked to the change why the CAB approval is unable to see it ?

however for request read plugin from ITSM roles is not working .. any idea ?
