Hello Community,
I want to transfer this excel table that I have attached to ServiceNow.
The user should complete this table in ServiceNow. In the survey table, There are 5 options under the impact category: X/Y/Z/B/A. For each impact category options, there are 8 options ( < 10 min/< 1 hr/< 6 hr/< 24 hr/< 3 days/< 7 days/< 30 days/> 30 days.) For each of the 8 options, up to 6 choice (from 0 to 5) can be selected.
How to transfer this excel table to SN?
I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice on this matter. Thank you very much in advance.

Okay , so now, you want to populate this table with data (Foundation / baseline data) in one go.
For this, you can use the transform map.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
