create a workbench like Cab workbench for other ITSM proceses

Hi, I'm interested if anyone has tried to create a workbench like the new CAB workbench for other areas? I see two use cases

1. Service Review Meetings- Meeting to discuss the Service Performance etc.

2. Project Review Meetings - Meeting to discuss projects and phase gates

Hi Eric,

The nice thing about the CAB workbench is that it was built using the Service Portal framework. If you have AngularJS knowledge, you can do exactly what our team did and build your own workbenches that you mentioned above.

My apology for not seeing this sooner. The other thing of note that helps to extend this to other use cases is when we built it, we created generic 'definition' and 'meeting' tables. We then extended those tables for the CAB use case so those same underlying table structures are in place to extend for other use cases.

My initial ideas were around project or release status workbenches, but a lot of other possibilities exist.

I know I mention this to one of the PM a few years ago it would be great for the project review meetings.
