Hi Prashant,
If you are in custom scoped application; you cannot create ACL on global table in it's own update set
Create update set in global scope; capture that in global update set
When you publish code on other vendor instance have this as part of activity and documentation
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Hi Prashant,
Yes you need to move it manually as part of the activity. As an admin you can move it and keep it in instructions.

Thanks
