I am using one instance and want to create another PDI as well while using the first instance. Is it possible to create another instance in the same account? If yes how? And if not then what?

NO, you need to create new account with new email id on Developer. servicenow.com and then you can request for new PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

you can create a new account by using another email id and request a new instance there then you can use both the instance.
i believe that you want 2 instance to perform integration practice , i also done same way just try this way.
If you find my response valuable, please consider marking it as the "Accepted Solution" and rating it as helpful. Doing so benefits both the community and myself.
