Hello,
How to create categories tiles in Service Portal, like below example screenshot. when we click on Hardware, it should all catalog items related to hardware and so on.
Can someone help me how we can achieve this functionality.

Thanks for responding.
But the ask is different, when you open service portal> request something, all the categories will be shown in left side and once you click on any category it will display all catalog items which are present in that category. The requirement is Categories should show in the left side or the side where catalog items are shown and once we click on that category it should display all relevant catalog items of that category.
