I have a requirement, I have to create catalog item which named as Enhancement Request Item, once user submit the form it will go to certain approvals like Business Approver approval and stakeholder approval after all validation. At last if stakholder approved then change request should create and assigned to assignment group, and change request fields should pick data from requested item like short desc, category, sub category and other common field, and Enhancement request should not be close until or unless change implemented, once change request closed them Enhancement request item should complete.
is can be done?
with workflow or flow designer, please provide solution or approach as per your servicenow practice.
