There's an OOB UI action called "create incident" on the workspace that calls a script include to create an incident from a case. There's an OOB UI action called "create incident" on the workspace that calls a script include to create an incident from a case.

Can you clarify your question so as to help. The same sentence has been repeated? Is this a typo?

When you say you want to 'Create' but without inserting - what do you mean? What am I missing here?
