create incident through inbound Twilio voice call

Hi Friends,

We have a requirement. That is When a user calls to a Twilio number, an incident should be created in our Service Now instance.

Can anyone help me with this?

HI, We don't have an out of the box way to create incidents but it's possible with the API that Notify provides.   Please see Siva's update in this post that outlines how to do this Re: Create Incident through inbound SMS send to twilio
