Hi,
I would like to add 2 tabs - 'models' and 'preaproved' to this Create new change request landing page, as it is OOTB. Also, I would like to get ride of it 'Success rate' thing.
How can I configure that?

Hi @pau_w
It is OOTB, to bring model, create a new model and tick this field.
also for preapproved, there, must be some standard change templates in system only then it will appear.
Re. success rate, seems you activated the change success plugin so it will appear here.

It is surprising, that you have all the required access. Is any customization done on the instance? Try to repair the Change model plugin once.
