Create Problem task UI button not visible in SOW after Xanadu upgrade

Hello All, Please help me out in resolving the below issye:

 

- As an ITIL support user navigating to the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) and opening a Problem record I cannot see the "Create Problem Task" button in top right  that provides me the ability to create a problem task. This is happening after Xanadu upgrade.  Instead I can see  'Create change request' button.

This can be seen in Washington. (have added screenshots from both versions)

Yes I checked, its not there.

Did you check if that UI action is still there in instance?

if yes then check what conditions are updates as per earlier version and see if your user satisfies all the conditions

Yes, I am trying to compare in both instances, checking the UX form action "create problem task"

yes that will help you to compare

also check that form action got some update as part of upgrade or not, any new condition got added etc
