Create Record using template

Hi,

 

I want to create a record using templates but when I am selecting toggle template bar it shows no template available.

 

Please help me to navigate to find templates for record.

Hi @venkatk2 

 

Just for clearance, are creating templates for incident/problem/change record? if Yes, You can create templates by navigate to All > System Definition > Templates.

OR you can use '+'  icon when you clicked on new form (...) icon.

Is any template exists for that table? If No , then it will not show. 

You can create the template via Template module.
