Hi All,

I have created an email client template (sys_email_client_template)  specific to certian assignment group by setting up condition for specific group , however in SOW workspace the template is visible to all irrelevant to assignment group, how can we restrict it.

Hello,

In the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) (and other Configurable Workspaces), standard conditions on sys_email_client_template often fail to restrict what appears in the workspace sidebar dropdown because workspace sidebar components can bypass standard condition evaluations or evaluate them strictly against record attributes rather than user group memberships.
