Created by field should display name instead of P-number

I would like to know if there is a way that I can change the 'created by' field to display the full name instead of a personnel number.

Please se my attached screenshot.

I am still struggling. I attach a few screenshots. I changed the user_name's display value to true, but still no change. Something that I noticed is that the CS entries displays the actual name (which is what I want), but all the other entries (RITM etc) displays the P-number of the employee that created the entry.
The table in which I want the name to display is task_sla and on that table the 'active' column is set to true.

I don't know how this works.

The other place to look is to see if you a system property called 'glide.ui.reference.displayvalue', if you do then you may just have to change that.
